One of the main highlights of Malta Gaming Week, the third edition of the Malta Gaming Awards took place on the 27th of November at the MFCC, Ta’ Qali.
The awards kicked off SiGMA 2018 in style. One thousand of the most innovative influencers in the business gathered for a decadent night to celebrate 2018's achievements of the iGaming globe.
The night was awash with second-to-none entertainment and prominent guests, such as world-renowned tenor, Joseph Calleja.
The evening ended with a unique art auction from Polish artist, Sylwia Pacura. A pivotal moment of the night was the auction of Mark Mallia's AI collaboration art work, which went for an impressive €18,000. “Sophia meets Uma” was inspired by AI sensation Sophia, after her appearance at Malta Blockchain Summit.
A special award was granted to industry kingpin, Ivan Filletti for his Outstanding Contribution to Gaming. The winners and their respective categories are listed below.
