Malta’s largest gaming company reacts to refugee crisis

Betsson, the biggest igaming company based in Malta, decided to donate its online advertising placements for helping refugees escaping war-torn Syria. The money will be entrusted to Red Cross. Besides the donations, Betsson also supported developing the advertisements that appeared on http://www.aftonbladet.se and http://www.expressen.se.

It is worth mentioning, that it was a grass roots initiative which came from the Betsson employees. Their idea was to collect as much money as possible to deliver the humanitarian aid to those in need.

Betsson also encouraged other companies to join the movement and help hundreds of thousands suffering.
